Jerry Seinfeld has a genuine quality that comes out. Watching this clip is like time traveling back to 1977. It's easy to see why Jerry Seinfeld got so popular. However, the years of all the fans telling him how great he is and comedy clubs kissing his butt to have him "drop by" has supersized his ego and the Jerry here in 1977 has long faded away.
